    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Certain products are marked as final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Products customized at the customer’s request are non-returnable.

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns, deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

  • KeiProlifics offers free return shipping for eligible items. Customers will receive a prepaid return label upon approval of their return request.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The initial shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
